These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the official website of The Wanted 2.0 (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, joining our mailing list or sending us a booking inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by The Wanted 2.0 and provides information about the band, upcoming tour dates, booking inquiries, and a mailing list for fans. References to "we", "us" and "our" in these Terms refer to The Wanted 2.0 and its authorised representatives.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use this Site or join our mailing list. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.
Submitting a booking inquiry through the booking page does not constitute a binding agreement to perform. All bookings are subject to written confirmation, mutual signature of a performance agreement, artist availability, and any deposit or rider requirements communicated by our representatives.
You agree not to:
All content on the Site — including band names, logos, artwork, photos of Max George and Siva Kaneswaran, video, music, copy, layout, design elements and code — is owned by The Wanted 2.0, its members, or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.
You may view and share Site pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, perform, broadcast, sell or otherwise exploit any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
The Site links to third-party services (e.g. Spotify, Instagram, our merchandise store and ticketing partners). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, or terms of those third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Tickets and merchandise are sold and fulfilled by third-party partners (such as our official ticketing agents and our store provider). Sales of tickets and merchandise are governed by the terms and conditions of those partners. We do not directly process ticket or merchandise payments through this Site.
Information on the Site is provided for general informational and promotional purposes only. It does not constitute medical, financial, legal or other professional advice.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Site, its content, or its availability — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Tour dates, line-ups and other event details are subject to change.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.
Subject to the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Wanted 2.0 and its members, representatives, agents, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute, except that you may also bring proceedings in the country of your habitual residence if required by mandatory consumer protection law.
For questions about these Terms, please contact us via the booking page.
